For an effective STEM program, we need to empathize with a child’s experience, their psychology, their motivations and desires. To make education playful and impactful, they must find it challenging, but also have the confidence of being able to get it.
Well Designed Curriculum
Our pedagogy is based on the insight that learning is majorly an internal process. It is the ability of a student to explore the subject at their own pace and thought processes. The content designed in the Blix program is presented in a way that the student could potentially go through the process on their own. The instructions, and learning content they get for them is all the information they need to perform the experiment and understand the concepts behind it.
Comprehensive Trainer Support
However well you design the products and the curriculum, the teacher is the one who controls the experience of the child and eventually the impact. Not being able to find, recruit and train qualified teachers is by far the largest roadblock in implementing STEM education in schools.
Lab Equipment.
The Lab offering from Blix education consists of Educator kits, along with its curriculum, extension sets, accessories and add-on kits. Here’s the details of what a typical lab would have and the options that the school can choose from.
The Blix lab can be designed with a kit to student ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on the requirements of the school.
